Credit

Osburn Associates, Inc. has several methods to process orders.

A house account may be set up by contacting our credit department at 1-800-523-8917 or emailing our credit department at accounting@osburnsigns.com Other methods available are Visa, Master Card, Purchase Order faxed, and Phone/Fax.

For your convenience, we have a credit application that can be downloaded in pdf format. Credit Application

Online orders will be processed with a Secure connection via Verisign Payment Processing.

Billing Terms: Net 30 days once approved.

Sales Tax: Ohio and Texas will be invoiced Sales Tax unless a Tax certificate is furnished.

You may fax information to us at 1-740-385-8016.

Returns: Osburn Associates, Inc. will not accept or issue credit for returns unless a Return Authorization Number (RAN) is issued by our customer service department. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-523-897 or email at customerservice@osburnsigns.com

Freight

Osburn Associates, Inc. will use standard ground freight for all shipments unless a premium shipment is selected. Once orders are shipped, you should receive an email letting you know the tracking information for your order if the order is placed on line. If the order is placed via phone or fax, you can call Customer Service at 1-800-523-8917 or email them at customerservice@osburnsigns.com and they will respond promptly.

Warranty

Important Notice to Purchaser

All statements, technical information and recommendations contained herein are based on information we believe to be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed, and the following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Osburn Associates, Inc.'s only obligation shall be to replace any items that prove to be defective within one year after shipment to the original purchaser. Neither seller or manufacturer shall be liable for injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of use of this product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use, and user assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. No statement or recommendation not contained herein shall have any force or effect unless in an agreement signed by officers of Osburn Associates, Inc.

Custom Signs

Osburn Associates Inc, manufactures custom signs nearly everyday. Our staff can help create custom signs as if they were off the shelf items. Street Name signs are common custom signs and if you have a sign you are interested in, give our customer service a call at 1-800-523-8917 or email them at Customer Service and they will be happy to assist you.

Substrates

Substrates is a term used for the backing or blank used for the sign. Osburn Associates, Inc. uses the highest quality aluminum conforming to ASTM 5052 H38. Aluminum treatment conforms to ASTM.

Our products listed in this website will be manufactured with 0.080 aluminum. If you desire to have a different thickness, please contact customer service at 1-800-523-8917 and we will be happy to assist you. The sizes below are for reference only. They represent some of the requests we have manufactured.
